Transparency Reports

As an intermediary hosting service provider, Hostyt publishes annual transparency reports in accordance with Article 15 of EU Regulation 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). These reports detail content moderation actions, notices of allegedly illegal content, use of automated tools, cooperation with authorities, and appeal outcomes.

Published Reports

• 2024 Annual Transparency Report — Published January 2025. Reporting period: January–December 2024.

What These Reports Cover

• Number and type of notices of allegedly illegal content received
• Actions taken (removals, restrictions, geo-blocks)
• Use of automated detection tools
• Cooperation with law enforcement authorities
• Number of appeals and outcomes

Reports are published annually, no later than Q1 of the following year. Future reports will be linked above as they are published.
