1. Purpose
This Policy explains how third parties may request access to non-public domain registrant data connected with domains managed through Hostyt.
2. Submit a request
Requests should be sent to [email protected]. Abuse-related requests may be sent to [email protected].
3. Required information
- The domain name.
- Your full name, organisation, contact details, and authority to act.
- The legal basis and purpose of the request.
- The specific data requested.
- Supporting evidence, such as rights documentation, court order, authority request, or abuse evidence.
- A statement that the request is accurate and made in good faith.
4. Review
We review requests case by case. We may reject requests that are vague, excessive, unsupported, disproportionate, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with privacy or registry requirements.
5. Disclosure
We may disclose non-public registrant data only where there is a valid legal basis, proportionate need, applicable registry or registrar requirement, consent, court order, authority request, or other lawful ground.
6. Data minimisation
If disclosure is justified, we will disclose only the data reasonably necessary for the stated lawful purpose.
Updates
We may update this document from time to time. The version published on host.yt is the current version. If a change materially affects active paid services, we may notify affected customers by email, account notice, ticket, or another reasonable channel.
