What’s WHOIS privacy and is it really free?
Normally, registering a domain makes your name/address public in the WHOIS database. Privacy protection replaces your details with our forwarding service. We include it free forever on all eligible TLDs — no annual fee, no hidden charge.
Do I need to buy hosting from Hostyt too?
No — our domain product is standalone. Use any DNS, point to any host. But if you do use Hostyt hosting, everything integrates seamlessly: nameservers auto-configured, SSL auto-issued, email auto-DKIM.
Can I keep the same price at renewal?
Yes. We publish exact renewal prices on the cart page. What you pay in year 1 = what you pay in year 10. We will never raise prices without 90 days notice, and we’ll always honor your expiration-locked rate when possible.
