These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of services provided by Hostyt. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately. Hostyt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. General Use of Services

1.1 Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

1.1.1 – By using Hostyt services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not restricted by any laws or regulations from using hosting services.
1.1.2 – Users must ensure that their usage complies with all applicable laws and does not interfere with other customers, suppliers, or Hostyt’s infrastructure.
1.1.3 – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account. Any activities performed using your account credentials will be assumed to be your responsibility.
1.1.4 – Hostyt is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to negligence in securing your credentials.

1.2 Rights & Limitations of Service

1.2.1 – Hostyt provides its services on an “as-is” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, performance, or data integrity.
1.2.2 – Hostyt reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate services for any reason, including but not limited to security concerns, policy violations, or maintenance requirements.
1.2.3 – Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data. Hostyt does not guarantee data recovery in the event of hardware failure, termination, or user error.


2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.1.1 – Users must provide accurate and complete information, including their full legal name, valid email address, and any additional details requested during account creation.
2.1.2 – Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination.
2.1.3 – Each user is allowed only one personal account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security & Access

2.2.1 – Users must implement strong security measures, including using secure passwords and enabling any available security mechanisms such as two-factor authentication.
2.2.2 – Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access resulting from negligence in securing account credentials is the responsibility of the user.

2.3 Account Modifications & Ownership Transfers

2.3.1 – Any modifications to account details must be requested via the ticket system at my.host.yt.
2.3.2 – Account ownership cannot be transferred without explicit approval from Hostyt.


3. Payment, Billing & Refunds

3.1 Payment Methods & Billing Structure

3.1.1 – Recurring subscriptions must be paid through PayPal and will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
3.1.2 – One-time payments must be made exclusively through Stripe. Payments made through Stripe do not renew automatically, and a new invoice must be generated for each renewal.
3.1.3 – Requests to change the billing cycle (from recurring to manual or vice versa) must be submitted via ticket on my.host.yt.

3.2 Invoicing & Payment Deadlines

3.2.1 – Invoices for recurring services are issued 14 days in advance of the due date.
3.2.2 – Services will be suspended immediatelyif payment is not received.
3.2.3 – Services will be terminated permanently 7 days after the due date, and all related data will be deleted without recovery.

3.3 Refund Policy

3.3.1 – Users are eligible for a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase for shared hosting services (counting from the next day after the purchase date).
3.3.2 – Other standard hosting services are eligible for a 100% refund within 72 hours (3 days) from the moment of purchase.
3.3.3 – Refunds are NOT available for domain registrations, additional services, or custom-configured solutions.
3.3.4 – All refund requests must be submitted via a ticket on my.host.yt. Hostyt reserves the right to deny a refund request in cases of abuse, policy violations, or misuse of the service.

3.4 Chargebacks & Disputes

3.4.1 – Any chargeback or dispute filed with a payment provider will result in immediate suspension of all services associated with the account.
3.4.2 – If a chargeback is not resolved, Hostyt reserves the right to terminate the account and prohibit future service purchases.


4. Support & Communication

4.1 Support Ticket System

4.1.1 – All support requests must be submitted via the ticket system at my.host.yt.
4.1.2 – Hostyt aims to respond to all support tickets within 48 hours from the time of submission.
4.1.3 – Abuse, harassment, or aggressive behavior towards support staff may result in account suspension or termination.


5. Service Availability, Modifications & Termination

5.1 Service Availability & Modifications

5.1.1 – Hostyt strives to provide reliable services but does not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted availability.
5.1.2 – Hostyt may modify, upgrade, or discontinue services at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes when applicable.

5.2 Suspension & Termination

5.2.1 – Hostyt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or fails to make payments.
5.2.2 – Termination of services results in permanent data loss with no recovery options.


6. Data Processing & Privacy

6.1 Data Collection & Processing

6.1.1 – Hostyt and its third-party suppliers may process user data in multiple locations to ensure service functionality and reliability.
6.1.2 – Users agree that their data may be stored, processed, or transferred between various infrastructure providers to maintain service quality.

6.2 Security & Compliance

6.2.1 – Hostyt implements industry-standard security measures but does not guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats.
6.2.2 – Users are responsible for securing their own accounts and data.


7. Modifications to Terms of Service

7.1 – Hostyt reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms of Service at any time.
7.2 – Users will be notified of significant changes, but it is the user’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
7.3 – Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.


8. Final Provisions

8.1 – These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the user and Hostyt regarding the use of the services.
8.2 – Any disputes arising under these terms will be handled according to applicable legal frameworks.

9. Service Availability

We categorically do not support or provide services to clients from russia, Iran, and North Korea. Any accounts associated with these countries may be terminated without notice.

Additionally, if any connections, logins, or other activity are detected on the accounts from IP addresses or networks originating in russia, Iran, or North Korea, the affected account may be blocked permanently without the possibility of renewal.

Clients from other countries may access our services and pay by card if their payment is successfully processed.
